A pre-approval appointment is a short, guided conversation where we review your income, credit, assets, and goals to determine how much home you can comfortably afford and which loan programs fit you best. We’ll: • Review your financial picture (income, credit, and savings) • Explain your buying power and estimated monthly payment • Go over loan options (conventional, FHA, VA, down payment assistance, etc.) • Answer questions and create a clear game plan to get you home-ready • Issue a strong pre-approval so you can confidently make offers Our goal is to remove uncertainty, give you clarity and confidence, and help you move forward with a plan that fits your life—not just the numbers.
