Ursula Montesinos

Ursula is a proud Santa Cruz native, having grown up near the beautiful beaches of Santa Cruz. Deeply rooted in her community, she has been an active member for years, dedicating time to various local non-profits and initiatives that support and up lift others.
She is a graduate of San Jose State University, where she earned her degree in Communications with a minor in Public Relations. Since entering the mortgage industry in 2015, Ursula has built extensive experience helping clients navigate the home financing process with confidence and clarity.
She currently works along side Gerardo Valadez as a Loan Officer Assistant and now serves as Project Manager for the Santa Cruz Next Gen Branch. Ursula is passionate about guiding families through one of the most important milestones of their lives, homeownership, while continuing to stay involved in the community she proudly calls home.

I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers and those who need a little extra guidance or down payment assistance.
