HMDA data regarding residential mortgage lending are available online for review. This information includes the geographic distribution of loans and applications as well as demographic and loan outcome information.
Consumers may access HMDA information through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau website.

For construction-to-permanent financing transactions, an administration fee may be charged to cover construction draw monitoring, inspections, title updates, and related administrative services associated with the construction phase of the loan.
